LUNGE FRONT

EXERCISE

Remove the DIMOVE blocks from the rails. Stand with your back to the machine and place one foot on the tread surface.

The tread surface should be in the front part of the rail at the beginning of the exercise. Now use your leg to push the tread surface back until the front standing leg forms a right angle. Hold for a moment and bring forward again. The goal is a dynamic lunge.

TIP

Keep the leg that is on the ground stable and try not to tilt to the right or left with the knee.

Remove locking pins to challenge abductors and adductors.
