This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that is Processed by DIMOVE in the course of our business, including via the DIMOVE Site, , and through our, Apps, forums, social media accounts, blogs, studios, retail showrooms, and other online or offline offerings (together with any and all future online and offline offerings operated by or on behalf of DIMOVE). All individuals whose responsibilities include the Processing of Personal Information on behalf of DIMOVE are expected to protect that data by adherence to this Privacy Policy.
Since our headquarter is located in Austria and our Website is also operated from Austria, the collection, processing, and use of your personal data are generally carried out in Austria, unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

DIMOVE collects Personal Information regarding its current, prospective, and former clients, customers, users, visitors, guests and Employees (collectively “Individuals”).
Information You Provide Directly to Us. When you contact us directly or engage in certain activities, such as purchasing DIMOVE products, we may ask you to provide some or all of the following types of information:
- When you choose to purchase DIMOVE products including fitness equipment and accessories, we may collect information from you including Personal Information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information, such as a credit card number and/or other related information that may be required from you to complete your purchase (“Financial Information”). Unless we tell you otherwise at the time of your purchase or application for financing, we do not collect, store or maintain your Financial Information. Furthermore, you will receive our order and shipping confirmation by email.
We only pass on the data of the customer to the shipping company responsible for the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. To process payments, we pass on payment data to the bank responsible for the payment.
Communication with Us. We may collect Personal Information from you such as email address, phone number or mailing address when you choose to request information about our Services, register to receive DIMOVE communications over email or text messaging, participate in promotions, request to receive customer or technical support or otherwise communicate with us.
Since the communication by email will not occur via a secured data link, please do not send confidential information such as bank or credit card data, etc.

We may collect certain information automatically through our methods of web analysis, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising identifiers, MAC address, IMEI, Advertiser ID, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your computer or device when you access the Internet, browser type and language, geolocation information, hardware type, operating system, Internet service provider, the date and time of your visit, the amount of time you spend on each page, and other actions are taken through use of the Services.

You should be aware that Personal Information which you voluntarily include and transmit online in social media platform or otherwise online, may be viewed and used by others without any restrictions. You agree that all Personal Information collected via or by DIMOVE may be transferred, Processed and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, the United States, Canada, the European Union, in the cloud, on our servers, on the servers of our affiliates or the servers of our service providers. Your Personal Information may be accessible to law enforcement or other authorities pursuant to a lawful request. By providing information to DIMOVE, you explicitly consent to the storage of your Personal Information in these locations.

In such cases, our business partner’s name will appear, along with DIMOVE. Where permitted by applicable law, you may inquire as to whether DIMOVE is Processing Personal Information about you, request access to Personal Information, and ask that we correct, amend or delete your Personal Information where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of your rights under data privacy laws that apply in the country where you live. Where otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may send an e-mail to or use any of the methods set out in this Privacy Policy to request access to, receive (port), seek rectification, or request erasure of Personal Information held about you by DIMOVE.
Although DIMOVE makes good faith efforts to provide individuals with access to their Personal Information, there may be circumstances in which DIMOVE is unable to provide access, including but not limited to: where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the Individual’s privacy in the case in question or where it is commercially proprietary. If DIMOVE determines that access should be restricted in any particular instance, we will provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a contact point for any further inquiries. XI. Retention
Your personal data will be deleted when this data is no longer required for the purpose for which it had been stored, unless statutory retention duties provide otherwise, or if its storage is not permissible for other statutory reasons. In these events, you may assert your claim to deletion of personal data. Instead of deleting data it can also be blocked, if the deletion conflicts with statutory or contractual retention periods, if there is reason to believe interests that objectively warrant protection would be adversely affected by the deletion, or if due to the particular type of storage the deletion is not possible or only with a disproportionate amount of effort.
