SIDE PLANK

EXERCISE

Remove the locking pin on one side of the device.
The forearm is positioned on the unlocked rail on the side of the unit. Head, upper body, hips and legs form a straight line. The rail is pulled towards the body, held for a moment and returned to the starting position.

TIP

Actively straighten shoulder blades backwards.

The upper body remains still, with only the loaded forearm in motion.

If the exercise is too challenging, you can start on your knees.
